iii. Personal data protection

The content of the Website is stablished under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). For that reason, all the personal data related such as IP protocol will be treated following the Law.

By accessing the Website, certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, navigation through the Website, the software used and the time spent, along with other similar information, are stored on the project server. These do not specifically identify the User.

In the case of collecting any data, the User can have access to the personal information collected by the administrator of this page and in such a case would be answering in 30 days. Also, according to the Law and in the case of collecting any other information, the User can exercise the rectification, which allows to correct mistakes, to modify the information that are inaccurate or incomplete and to guarantee the certainty of the information, opposition that it will be able to request and to achieve that it does not carry out the data processing, suppression that allows to eliminate the inadequate or excessive information, limitation, for that it can request the limits of the treatment of the information and portability, in order that the user could obtain a copy of the personal information that it has facilitated in the web in order to be able to transmit to others. iv. Cookies

v. Applicable legislation and Jurisdiction

The present General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Astropreneurs Consortium Members and the user, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, shall be subject to the Jurisdiction and Courts of the user’s residence with regard to all matters that arise or actions carried out deriving from the provision of the Portal service and its services and contents and regarding the interpretation, application, fulfillment or non-fulfillment of what is set out herein. Should the residence of the User be outside of Spain, Astropreneurs Consortium Members and the User, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, shall be subject to the Courts of Barcelona.
